Fails to reconnect when switching network interfaces

Description

Spark usually fails to reconnect when switching network interfaces (from Ethernet to Wifi and so on). This is one of the many issues with reconnection. Probably a complete rewrite of reconnection code is needed.

I don’t have means to test this anymore. I would like to get more confirmation, if possible.

I think this problem is solved in Spark 2.9.3, I reconnected 50 times from wi-fi to ethernet and back and my connection was not broken. Once half of the contacts (gray bubble) did not load for me, but after a while all users had their true status.Please wroot can you check it out?
