After the Smack 4 update Spark couldn't login via TLS into Openfire server (presumable this works with OpenJDK, but not with any version of Oracle Java, using self-signed certificates).

I have submitted pr #137 for review to work around this issue. In my test, it restored the previous behavior of spark and accepting self signed certificates.
