Add Polish Spelling option

Description

Spelling option for Polish language. Zip file provided in the forums by Zerivael Azza. Dictionary license:

This dictionary for spell-checking Polish texts is licensed under
GPL, LGPL, MPL (Mozilla Public License) and Creative Commons
ShareAlike licenses (see http://creativecommons.org/licenses/sa/1.0).

This version of the dictionary was generated on 2011-09-02

As Spark is now under Apache license, maybe dictionaries also has to be licensed this way? Not sure. I think other dicts are also mostly GPL.

zip file should be placed into src\plugins\spelling\src\resources\dictionary and on the next build it should contain Polish language as the option in the Preferences.

Added the attached PL.zip to the list of dictionaries.

Licensing is no an issue, since the dictionary will work independently of Spark and Spark will work independently of the dictionary.
