In user summary, display "currently logged in" instead of blank in last logout column

Description

When someone is logged in, the last logout column is blank. This is confusing when trying to figure out if someone has simply never logged in. It ought to say "currently logged in" or something to help make it clear. Alternatively, it could also say "never logged in" but not sure if that's more confusing or not. Will do some UI tests.

Removing the 'fix version' for all unresolved issues that were scheduled for version 7.8.2. We're releasing this version today - the remaining issues should be rescheduled later.

For this to work properly, we'll need to implement the "complete revamp of last activity" handling.

from Admin Console perspective there is already a green light bubble next to a user.
