Potential ClassCastException with LDAP setup

Description

Quote from forum post:

— while using Openfire 4.5.0 I am observing ClassCastException everytime I try to log in to Admin Console (java.lang.ClassCastException: class javax.naming.ldap.LdapName cannot be cast to class java.lang.String).
