External Service Discovery plugin: can't set 'udp' type in admin console

Description

This applies to version 1.0.0 of the External Service Discovery plugin.

The admin console allows one to define a new service. One of the properties of a service is a 'transport type' (typically 'tcp' or 'udp').

If the user selects 'udp', a value of 'tcp' is used in the new service definition. Obviously, 'udp' should be used.
