Can't update plugins via Admin Console

Description

Trying to update Registration and User Status plugins via Admin Console. Logs show this:

4.2.2 same. So far a workaround is to delete the plugin and install it again (via Admin Console).

Was able to remove User Status plugin and install new version again.

Can install and uninstall plugins. Just can't update.
