Invalid SQL syntax in Mysql installation script.

Description

An invalid SQL statement in the database installation script causes exceptions to be thrown when Openfire is freshly installed, using a Mysql / Mariadb backend.

The last index definition ends with a semicolon, but should not.

The corresponding exception that is caused by this:
