Remove obsolete Releases news from RSS and expand Blog section

Currently RSS feed box on the start page of Admin Console pulls the news from two sources. One of the is our main blog, which gets updates quite often. But the other one is New Releases forum section, which hasn't been updated for 3-4 years. RSS box can be updated by removing the New Releases section and expanding the Blog section to 6 entries.
Submitted https://github.com/igniterealtime/Openfire/pull/640 Actually expanded blog entries to 7 to fill the box more nicely. It may go out of box if we will have 2 entries with very long titles, but it is unlikely to happen. We will also have a few releases of Spark/Smack/Openfire in the list, which may be confusing a bit, but that's the news feed, so people will be able to see we are cranking new version quite often
