Description

Get rid of XMPPSocketConnection class and make the main XMPPConnection class use the new binary socket in AVM2. There's no reason to keep the old XMLSocket references anymore. This may require quite an overhaul of XMPPConnection.

I shall be starting to remove the use of XMLSocket.

XMPPSocketConnection will be removed and XMPPConnection used as the binary socket version.
