Control+T window shows no data

Description

Pressing Control+T brings up the Frequent Contacts window but it is not populated with contacts.

Windows XP SP2 32bit 2 Monitors

Closing as can't reproduce, I'll create a new one for the ctrl-t being on teh wrong screen as per wroot's notes.

I think we can close this ticket and file another one for the wrong popup location. Which probably affects not only Frequent contacts but search (ctrl-f) and recent contacts (ctrl-dont remember) too.

Works fine for me with multiple monitors on Windows. The pop-up always appears on the primary monitor however, even if the Spark window is on my secondary monitor.
