change "Force Old SSL" to "Force TLS" within the advanced options

Description

One can no longer use SSL (port 5223) so one must use port 5222. There one can currently not decide whether an unencrypted connection is acceptable.

Use Old SSL is working, at least with Openfire, i see TCP connection on 5223 port. Openfire is listing session as encrypted.

Hi LG, why is the old style SSL (5223) not usable anymore? Is that a Spark ism? Is this an issue anymore?
