Same Alt-? hotkeys set for different options on the same menu

original report modified by wroot to make it more clear and obsolete things are removed (like Actions menu hotkey, there is no such anymore):
Spark > Preferences:
Chat: Alt-C is in use 3 times, Alt-S, Alt-D are in use 2 times. Onlu the last works. Login: Alt-S is in use 2 times. Sounds: hotkeys aren't working. Probably because hotkeys are set in the middle of the words (not capital letters). Same bug is afecting other similar settings in Appearance
User Profile > Business: Alt-C 2 times, Alt-P 3 times. Same problem with not capital hotkeys.
