Memory does not decrease after closing chat window.

Description

Memory should decrease after closing the chat frame since resources should be dropped.

just moved over to spark 2.5.6 and seeing the problem here too. its not uncommon to open close 10-15 chat tabs at which point 220MB is used and not released until you reboot! kinda hard when you only have 512 Ram

As far as i'm concerned, memory does decrease in 2.6.0

i can test only with SVN version (which works as java.exe process), and it doesnt decrease memory
