if you're removing plugins using the plugin manager spark say "removed after restart". after a restart the plugin is still there. seems to me that the plugin gets removed from appdata, but spark copies not installed plugins from install directory to appdata during startup

Ok. Now it is better. But the deactivated plugin still shows up in the Available plugins list and you can try to install it, though it won't showup. Maybe it should be hidden in that list. Also in the Deactivated list it shows null by null (version and producer of the plugin).
