Profile picker button should have a button design (with a border)
Description
Currently profile picker button is just a triangle and one have hit it almost directly in that triangle to be able to press it. Maybe it can be like other buttons on the login screen, show a border on hover and has a bigger active area.

(note that you can also press the right arrow key, when in any input field to open the menu)
