Spark displays wrong error when nickname change is forbidden

Description

If nickname change is not enabled in room settings, then if user tries to change nickname it gets an error that nickname is already in use and is suggested to try again. Should be changed to correct error.

into translations I added key: 'message.nickname.not.acceptable'
done into (should be added into other) :
spark_i18n.properties
spark_i18n_ru_RU.properties
