Add Lithuanian Spelling option

Yep. Now it works with the grammar cases. So you can apply this dictionary and close the ticket. Except right clicking the underscored word or hitting the Spellcheck button cometimes can be very slow. Maybe depends on the size of the dictionary or so. But this is another case.

Though, spellchecker is not working with different grammar cases of the word. Probably i should file this. The same files are working fine in the Firefox.

With the help of cstux i was able to compile and test it. It works. To add new spelling language one have to compile spelling-plugin.jar first and then compile Spark.

Though it seems that the files structure is similar to other dictionary files in \src\plugins\spelling\src\resources\dictionary , but i wasnt able to turn on this language while compiling svn version.
