Log out with reason not work on other langauges. It works only if the button name is ok and cancel

Spark 2.6.3 and openfire 3.9.3
The same problem - but there is no relation to any language.
The notes you leave when you log out (German: Ausloggen mit Nachricht) with reason, to inform others when you will be back again maybe after an holiday, disappear after about 60 min.
This phenomenon is to be observed from any of the 60 clients...
Any server or clients settings recommended to solve this?
