Ad-hoc command 'note' element 'type' attribute should be treated as optional

Description

Simple Workaround

One can simply work around the issue by replacing the default parsing for Ad-Hoc Command IQs with one that treats the 'type' attribute as optional. Simply copy the existing Ad-Hoc Command provider, make that minor change and register it as new provider for Ad-Hoc Command IQs.
