Description

Add the ability to change several settings for File transfer:

File transfer port
Request timeout (already implemented as a static parameter, should be generic)
External IP

done in revision 11821

These settings can now be configured via the smack-config.xml or the SmackConfiguration class and in the request object for a socks5 or ibb transfer.
