TLS filter applied to non-SSL connections does not use configurable algorithm

Description

The algorithm that is used in an SSLContext aught to be configurable by the setting "xmpp.socket.ssl.algorithm" but in some places, the default value 'TLS' is hardcoded.

Applied changes to both Openfire and ConnectionManager sources (Note that a ConnectionManager needs to be configured through an XML file).
