New installers behave differently (probably after the install4j update). If it detects a system Java installed, it omits installing bundled jre folder. This is clever. But it would be nice to keep the consistency. If a user downloads a bundled version, then it should install the whole package. Users might also have modified or special versions of Java on their systems not suited for Spark. It will also create additional confusion supporting users as it won't be clear which Java is actually used.
