Hide Offline Users option in the roster

This is a duplicate of some other ticket and is already implemented in the latest SVN version (2.6.0).

Add a new checkbox menu item in the "Contacts" menu with the label "Hide offline users" underneath "Group offline users". When this checkbox is turned on then none of the offline users are displayed in the roster. When the checkbox is turned off then the online users are displayed. How they are displayed depends on whether offline users are being grouped and alphabetized. The default is to display offline users.
