Add option to disable TLS hostname verification

Description

Some users are unable to connect, because they have a hostname mismatches with the server name. This is similar to SSL/TLS web browser warnings, when the domain typed doesn't match the certificate presented.
This should be corrected on the server by the server admin. However, some users may not have access to the server.

Merged https://github.com/igniterealtime/Spark/pull/207 But i have some debates on naming. Will address that with SPARK-1788, as i still need to update translations.

I would even add "(not recommended)" to the name of that setting..
