      Description

Spark fails to initiate a file transfer (but is able to receive one).

I've traced this problem down to the file selector dialog (which is used to select the file that is to be transferred). When no 'default directory' is defined (and the native implementation does not present one). the selected file is not properly detected, leading Spark to believe that the user pressed "cancel" instead of selecting a file. Nothing happens.

The 'default directory' is the directory that should be shown when the file selection dialog opens. Spark sets this directory explicitly after successfully sending a file. When it's not set, a implementation-defined default is used (which can be null).

As a native implementation comes in play, the file transfer dialog might act differently when used on different OSses, versions of Java, or even between different file systems on the same OS.

Also, there are two distinct parts of Spark that are affected: the file selection dialog launched from the contact list is a different one from the one that's selected from within a chat window. Both places need a fix.
