Spark gets confused when multiple conference services are available
Description
If other MUC services are available, Spark should default to primary conference service. Like IRC's and regular for example.

Yes the Kraken plugin exactly. Sorry, I didn't mean to ruffle feathers, but I did not know where else to report the issue and this seemed to be exactly the problem we were seeing. I suppose the Kraken plugin is the true culprit here.

Sorry, but I do not get this. What IRC gateway did you start? Is this an OF plugin?
We are using multiple conference services on OF 3.6.4 in out company setup and don't have any issues. Like Wolf P said: We can fix what we can't reproduce.

This still seems to be an issue with openfire version 3.7.1 and Spark 2.6.3 as until I disabled the IRC gateway within openfire the client was unable to "Start a conference". Once IRC was disabled Spark could then "Start a conference" without issue.
