Add QQ transport support?

Description

QQ is very popular in China. Combined with GaduGadu, I'd say they cover the biggest non-american-used IM types out there. I will post a comment with a link to the forum entry in a moment and try to attach all of the attached files and such. Might be nice to include it. (don't see any reason not to)
