Group Chat Messages from blocked users are displayed in the Toast Popup

  1. In the Preferences mark: Show a Toast Popup
  2. Create a Group Chat, and invite user2
  3. Block User2
  4. Send messages from user2

When a blocked user sends messages they are not blocked in the Toast Popup and increments the pending messages to read in the conference room.
