Description

1) Add default sound to buzz feature
2) Add preference to disable buzz feature
3) Should we use disco or caps for the feature so you can actually know when you're able to send a buzz to someone? Would be frustrating for it to not work. We need to use a XEP as well – might be something in chat notifications for this?

At this time, I have only added the ability to enable/disable. Will add sound in next release.

I would like also the feature to enable/disable my BUZZ. It happened that unintentionally you push the BUZZ button while trying to get focus on the chat or trying to reach some emoticon.
