Now alert users when there is no program associated with a file a user is trying to open after File Transfer.

Description

With some files, the internal Desktop component cannot determine what application it is associated with. We need to at least alert the user that an associated file could not be found.

now it just shows red icon and "error" string. Window title contains "No application associated with file type". I think these strings should be swapped
