File Transfer does not work in Vista when Socks5 fails

Description

The File Transfer functionality within spark does not work when running Spark on Vista.

This is working perfectly on Vista with the latest Spark 2.5 beta release.

The error happens when socks5 fails.
. User A with VPN access sends a file to the user B that does not have VPN access.
. User B accept the file.
. After 10 seconds Spark shows "Error during transfer"
. Then User B receives the packet

. Notice if User A closes the window and sends it again, it works (sent using socks5).

I have been testing this issue over and over and I cannot reproduce it anymore. I will continue.
