Description
I was trying to upgrade, and got a corrupted upgrade file. Due to the corrupted file (correctly found, I was unable to upgrade. I did not get an option to redownload though). As such, I redownloaded spark 2.07, installed it, and still got the error. I then uninstalled my installation (add/remove programs), reinstalled and still got the error. I finally uninstalled, navigated to Program Files/Spark (was not deleted during the uninstall), deleted that directory, reinstalled, and then was OK.
