Add a number of minor improvements to group chat:
1) Show presence changes in the group chat. For example, change presence to "extended away" and group chat room members should see that change.
2) Password prompt for group chat rooms should include better information about what the dialog box is. It should also not be modal.
3) Show avatars in the list of group chat room occupants (when possible). Otherwise, show a default avatar.
4) Use the name of the conference room as the tab title rather than the JID.
