ContactItem in shared group - right click popup menu performs copy when move is selected

Description

When we select move and the contained user group is shared, it will copy the selected contact into the other group. Nothing should happen in this case
Also, all groups are shown, instead of showing only the groups that do not contain any of the selected users

-groups are filtered to show only the groups where the users can be moved/copied to
