It was saying "Invalid username or password" and deleting just the password line in spark.properties didn't help. I ended up deleting my spark.properties and starting with a fresh one. Now it works. I think this new option is encoding the password together with the username. My password line was still short (now it is much longer) so something went wrong when Spark tried to encrypt both my username and the password.

I have installed 12384 at work today (i don't have admin rights, so i have installed it via Run as administrator, Windows XP). When i launch it with my user, all input fields are inactive and i can't input anything or select logins. It works fine when i launch Spark with Run as administrator (though administrator has different jabber logins saved). Will test this more tomorrow.
