Create a plugin to add Send button to chat input area

i've had several of my less experienced users ask "now that i've typed my message, how do i send it?" clearly, you press enter, but the UI could use a button to click to send as well
Konstantin has agreed to create a plugin for this purpose, so it could be enabled for the users, who need this button. Assigned this ticket to him.
