Smack's Managers should not remove itself when the connection is closed or should re-add themselfs if the connection get reconnected

Description

SDM does remove itself with a connectionClosed() hook. As described in SMACK3-83 this is considered bad behavior.

SMACK-485 does rework the way connection closed events are handled in InBandByteStreamManager and Socks5BytestreamManager.
