Unordered usage of disco#info dataforms when calculating Caps

Description

The current Master branch (4.5.0-SNAPSHOT) is affected by the following issue: XEP-0115, section 5.1, item 6, defines that dataforms in the disco#info stanza is ordered prior to the computation of the verification string. Smack does not apply this ordering, which leads to incorrect ver string values.

A fix for this issue was merged both to Master (from which 4.5.0 will be released) as well as the 4.4 branch. JIRA doesn't allow me to set a 'fix version' of 4.4.9 (which would be the next release on the 4.4 branch that includes this fix. how do you want to proceed with this?
