MUC room destroy can fail when no alternate JID is supplied

Description

Smacks MUC-related test cases fail to destroy a MUC room. They do not supply an alternate JID (which should be acceptable).

I've made the JID optional in revision 13424. I've also added some Javadoc to explain what arguments are, and what arguments are not optional in the MUCRoom interface.
