Description
Connection Manager interceptors will let admins monitor the traffic of each CM. That means that these new breed of interceptors will receive a CM and the packet that was received. Interceptors will also be invoked when sending traffic to a CM.
Open questions:
1) Do we want to let these new interceptors be able to reject packets?
2) Do we only want to intercept packets that are wrapping clients traffic?
