    Add the ability for Wildfire to act as a Jingle media proxy via UDP.

Wildfire now can act as a Media Proxy for Jingle.
The Media Proxy can relay packets from one client to another, this will help NAT Traversal for most cases.
The Media Proxy sessions are negociated using XMPP.
The packet relaying is just for UDP.
