Enhance error message when adding a new user to a group

Description

Currently groups can only include local users so in order to add a new user to the group we need the username (i.e. the node of the JID). But if someone enters a bare JID then the error message that we have right now is not very clear. We need to specify that the username must be entered and not a JID.

It's not clear that we'll even need this error message, so moving this issue to 2.2 release.
