One may need to restrict Anonymous Login by IP address or range. E.g. when uing Fastpath with Webchat one need to enable Anonymous Login for customers to login into webchat application. But this makes server open for any anonymous users to login and spam other users (though they will have to code their own client to do that). At the Registration Settings Page could be two filters:

Restrict Normal Login
Restrict Anonymous Login
