Archive Keyword Search only works after rebooting

Description

After enabling archive settings, users cannot search the archives by keywords--the search index is not created correctly (segments file is not created). To make archive keyword search work, you have to reboot the wildfire server after enabling.

I have not problems with keyword search, for example.
Sometime (when I try to find keyword, just uppended to Archive) - I need to rebuild index.
I use MySql DB storage, and happy
