Description

The user search window might be confusing to users....they may not realize that they need to press enter to trigger the search. Therefore, lets add a search button to the user search window that will trigger the search.

We also need to make the UI prettier. Check with UI designers guys on how to improve it. Also considering how to make it display all fields that could appear in the data form. See related jira issue.

Fixed with my commit of r55373. (Except for making the UI prettier. We have contacted the design team about it, but it is not being worked on yet.)
