Description

If a user is a Group Chat Administrator and also setup as an agent in a Fastpath workgroup, when that user tries to accept a Fastpath request, the client is given an error message that says "We are unable to connect you to an agent. Please try back later." and is booted from the conversation. The agent can accept the request and is brought into the conversation room but the client is shown as immediately leaving the room.
