Description

When you install the skinned version of spark skinning it does not update the windows registry.

The regular spark does.

Should update:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\xmpp\shell\open\command

The workaround of updating HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\xmpp\shell\open\command does not fix this issue entirely.

If you manually set this value to your spark skinned .exe, it will not recognize that the application is running and results in the application being started again.

Skinning service is not available anymore, therefore there is nothing to fix. Normal Spark doesnt have such bug as far as i understand.
