Hey Derek,

Here is another bug that we are encountering that is holding up rolling Jive out to other geos. When emailing transcripts containing double-byte characters, the encoding seems to be incorrect.. Double-byte characters are showing up as ??????????

Any fix you can suggest for the current release or make available in the next release would be greatly appreciated.
